I'm Shannon – Your Local Real Estate Expert! 
I grew up in Woodstock, spent years building a career in the GTA, and eventually made my way back home - which tells you pretty much everything you need to know about where my heart is! Today, I'm a REALTOR® with REMAX a-b Realty, working in Woodstock, Ingersoll, Norwich, Tillsonburg, and beyond Oxford County.

Real estate is actually my second act. Before this, I spent over two decades in marketing and advertising - with agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and corporate roles like Kia and Toyota. I still build websites, both for my own business and for others. That background shows up in how I work today - when listing your home, I think like a strategist: what's the story here, how do we position the home, and how do we get the right eyes on it? I also owned a pub in Innerkip, which is very on brand for me: try something new, learn from it, and turn it into a story worth telling.

Real estate has always been a passion of mine—I’ve bought, sold, and renovated residential and commercial properties right here in Oxford County, as well as in Mississauga and Nova Scotia. I love transforming spaces, adding value, and making a house feel like home.

I'm "Mom' to 2 dogs and 2 cats, and I've fostered 40 dogs (and counting) for a local rescue, plus I give back by participating in the REALTOR Food Drive, the United Way Day of Caring, and more.
